Is the insurance valid in electronic format?

Yes. Electronic policies are valid and legal. The validity of the RCA and Green Card can be checked on cnpf.md.
If the compulsory motor liability insurance contract is concluded by using any electronic means, and the person did not conclude it with an electronic signature, it is assumed that by paying the insurance premium the insured expressed his consent to the conclusion of the contract.
